Ele-Reception by School Supplier is provided with a commercial plug and play touch screen, making installation and setup a breeze.

Many schools have different processes which is why Ele-Reception provides flexibility and can be setup to each individual schools requirements.

Staff can sign in and out using existing fobs or chipped ID cards or simply select their name on screen. The system will quickly sign the member of staff in or out, instantly appearing on the evacuation list in alphabetical order.

If staff enter and exit the building in other locations, additional entry points can easily be added.

Visitors can sign into the school either using pre printed, professional visitor cards enabling them to sign out without the need to enter details, quickly sign in and out whilst always being identified by a lanyard and large visitor number.

Visitors can also sign in using the traditional method but importantly visitors are not presented with all other visitors on site when signing out, ensuring you are GDPR compliant and not upsetting any visiting parents who do not want it to be known they are on site.

Pre-defined regular visitors can sign in even quicker without needing to enter additional information.

Pupils can use Ele-Reception for signing in late or signing out of school, with the option of automatically updating your MIS via Wonde. This is setup bespoke to your school, updating the relevant codes, marks and reasons at your control.

Is the system GDPR compliant?
Yes. Visitors signing out are not shown other visitors on site, protecting personal data. The system is designed specifically to meet school GDPR requirements for visitor records.

Can it integrate with our MIS (SIMS, Arbor, etc.)?
Yes — pupil lates can be written directly to your MIS via Wonde. Setup is bespoke to your school's existing codes, marks and reasons.

At Ouston Primary School we've always just used the 'pen and paper' sign in method for our visitors and had looked tentatively at electronic versions but been quickly put off by the annual fees and every increasing 'add-ons'! We recently trialled 2 electronic systems and enjoyed the new technology but downloading of apps were troublesome for our security filtering system. We are really pleased with our School Supplier Visitor Management System. It does exactly what we need and the admin screen works perfectly in the office. We are able to monitor staff attendance, record pupils arriving and leaving outside of registration periods. Kev and his team are on hand for updates and personalised our system to suit our needs.
